Hi, welcome to Compassionate Life Therapy. I’m a licensed professional counselor and I work with adult clients residing in NJ. As an integrative, holistic therapist, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Mindful Self-Compassion and Parts Work.
